- 50-80 g fine-grained oatmeal
- optional: 2 to 3 tablespoons cooked vegetables (red lentils, yellow peas or chickpeas)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1 glass of water
- a couple of grains of walnuts
Irány a konyha!

1. Dice the apples, then put them in a small saucepan and start heating.
2. Add the cinnamon and when it starts to caramelize a little, take out half of the apple in a bowl, this will be the topping later.
3. Pour l'altro medio de l'apple a coir avec l'oatmeal, pour sa plus d'un verre d'eau moins ou plus grande. If you use an extra source of protein, add it and then stir in the ground flaxseed.
4. Start cooking and wait until it becomes very creamy and thick in a couple of minutes. If you feel low on water, feel free to add a little more as you go.
5. When it is ready, take it out in a bowl, then put the steamed apple cubes on it and sprinkle with walnuts.

Fresh is the best! If it stays, it will last 1 day in the fridge, but be sure to loosen it with a little hot water before serving, because oats and flax seeds “absorb” the moisture.
