Hozzávalók (4 adag)
  • 200 g red lentils(washed over)
  • 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium carrot (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 piece sweet red pepper(or 1 tsp curry if you want a Middle Eastern vibe)
  • 1 bay leaf (optional)
  • 1 l vegetable stock or water
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper
  • Juice of ½ lemon for serving, fresh parsley/ chives

Elkészítés folyamata
  1. Basis:You heat the oil, simmer the chopped onion in a jar, add the crushed garlic.
  2. Seasoning:You take it off the heat, add the cumin and red pepper (or curry), put it back, let it smell for 30 seconds.
  3. Cooking:You can go with the diced beets, the washed lentils, the laurel and the stock juice. 15—20 minuteson a slow boil until the lentils fall apart.
  4. Smoothie:You take out the beans, using a hand blender silky-smoothpuree it. You salt, pepper.
  5. Serving:Refresh with lemon juice, sprinkle with green spices.

Refrigerated For 3 daysin a well-sealed box; frozen 2 to 3 months. When heated, loosen with a little water/stock as it thickens.
