Hozzávalók (4 adag)
  • 700 g carrots, ringed
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 20 g fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp curry spice mix
  • 1 l vegetable stock (depending on salinity)
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • To serve: toasted pumpkin seeds, parsley/green oil (optional)
